Landshaft sketches the psychogeography of a geopolitically charged landscape and its inhabitants between extractivism, war and displacement. In the form of a journey in eastern Armenia, the film follows human and non-human actors as they make their way through the landscape, from Lake Sevan to the Sotk gold mine, occupied by Azerbaijan since the Karabakh War in 2020.

Landshaft entwirft die Psychogeographie einer geopolitisch aufgeladenen Landschaft und seiner Einwohner zwischen Extraktivismus, Krieg und Vertreibung. In Form einer Reise im Osten Armeniens folgt der Film menschlichen und nicht-menschlichen Akteuren auf ihrem Weg durch die Landschaft, vom Sewan See bis zur seit dem Karabach-Krieg 2020 aserbaidschanisch besetzt Sotk-Goldmine.

Landshaft dresse la psychogéographie d'un paysage géopolitiquement chargé et de ses habitants, entre extractivisme, guerre et expulsion. Sous la forme d'un voyage dans l'est de l'Arménie, le film suit des acteurs humains et non humains dans leur parcours à travers le paysage, du lac Sevan à la mine d'or de Sotk, occupée par l'Azerbaïdjan depuis la guerre du Karabagh en 2020.
